Maintain accurate customer records by updating CRM systems with customer information, call notes, and sales outcomes.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and promotional programs to provide accurate customer consultation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Proven experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or related fields.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer objections professionally.
Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone-based sales tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High School Diploma or above.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience in telesales, financial services, lending, banking, or insurance is an advantage.
