- To serve all the guests professionally following The Deck standards at all times.
- To perform all duties assigned by the department manager as required.
- Able to work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all The Deck’s food and beverage menus.
- Able to recommend and explain menu suggestions to the guests.
- Follow The Deck procedures in relation to correct Guest Service Experience and sequence of service.
- Follow The Deck standards in relation to set up, cleaning, and after service.
- Attend all training sessions as scheduled.
- Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times and demonstrate a high level of personal hygiene.
