Chief Accountant/ Kế Toán Trưởng - Thu Nhập Hấp Dẫn Theo Năng Lực

- Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal control policies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional development and departmental excellence.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Comprehensive accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial analysis, and budgeting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage financial teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese financial and tax regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and proficiency in English.
