Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (PPC Staff)

We are seeking PPC Staff to join our Production Planning & Control Department located in Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong City), responsible for coordinating and monitoring the entire production flow to ensure timely and efficient order execution. This role plays a vital part in optimizing resources, maintaining schedules, and supporting smooth production operations.

Job description:

• Create and maintain order Bill of Materials (BOM) on the system;

• Place orders for materials and closely monitor material planning schedules;

• Split size breakdown (BD) of order based on unit allocation or shipment delivery schedule;

• Issue fabric daily to production based on production needs;

• Release cut plan to production lines;

• Analyze fabric usage and send the report to the Material Management (MM) department;

• Prepare final cut report, Pre-Packing List (Pre-PL), and Final Packing List (Final PL);

• Input order details into GPRO-ETS / Scan & Pack system for tracking and execution.

• University or College degree in Economics, English, or other related fields;

• Proficient in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

• Proficient in using Computer skills;

• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
