Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to join our company, working onsite at Lai Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong). In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the entire order process from development to final delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and production teams.

I/ Job Description:

- Control the sample development and order process according to plan; monitor order progress to ensure timelines are met and on-time delivery is achieved;

- Conduct order forecasting; coordinate with the planning department to adjust production and ensure adequate preparation of equipment and resources;

- Proactively handle issues arising with customers and production, ensuring compliance with requirements and maintaining progress and quality.

- Maintain and promote effective communication both internally and with external stakeholders (customers, production teams, etc.) to enhance coordination and improve quality;

- Develop and implement annual goals/KPIs for employees; monitor and ensure team performance meets established targets;

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

II/ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualifications;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is preferred;

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems;

- Strong English communication skills;

- Effective planning and organizational skills;

- Ability to assign tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities;

- Capability to coach and develop team members.
