Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (Hợp Đồng 01 Năm)

- Plan Pressing, printing, and component production schedules for each department.

- Monitor daily production progress and revise plans when necessary.

- Coordinate manpower and shift schedules efficiently.

- Monitor Press, lazzer, MR progress, quality, and output.

- Plan materials and molds based on production needs.

- Control inventory and adjust plans as required.

- Propose automation improvements.

- Prepare related reports and KPI metrics.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of production, assembly, casting, and shipping..

- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible for data and goods.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (warehouse, production, logistics, sales).

- Proficient in Excel ,Power BI.

- Knowledge of SAP, MES systems, and improvement tools such as Python is an advantage

- Able to propose solutions to optimize loading, warehouse flow, and transportation, reducing waiting time and logistics costs.
