As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.
Job description as below :
Receive Shipping Instructions (SI) from customers and accurately input data into the system to create Draft Bills of Lading (B/L), for shipments under long-haul trade lanes, arriving to countries such as  US, Canada, EU...
Review customer feedback, execute necessary B/L amendments efficiently, and handle related documentation adjustments before and after vessel departure.
Vessel finalization and submit E-manifest  for VN Customs and concerned oversea Customs.
Execute, handle, and monitor Customs Advance Filing systems for specific destination countries, eg: AMS, ACI, ENS...

Education & Background
Bachelor's degree from a  college or university
Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
