Nhân viên báo giá/Pricing

-Update and maintain freight rates from shipping lines, agents, trucking vendors, and other service providers/Cập nhật và quản lý giá cước từ hãng tàu, agent, trucking.
-Prepare quotations for international transportation services, including sea freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance, and local charges/Báo giá vận chuyển quốc tế (sea/air/trucking, customs, local charges)
-Compare freight rates, sailing schedules, and transit times to provide the most competitive and efficient logistics solution/So sánh giá, lịch tàu, transit time để đưa ra phương án tối ưu.
-Monitor freight market trends, surcharges, and rate fluctuations, and support the Sales and Operations teams with pricing information/Theo dõi biến động cước, phụ phí và hỗ trợ team Sales/Operations.
-Review costs and ensure profitability before issuing quotations to customers./Kiểm tra cost, đảm bảo lợi nhuận trước khi gửi quotation.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Pricing position within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry/1-2 năm kinh nghiệm Pricing Logistics/Freight Forwarder.
• Good knowledge of international freight rates, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures/Biết cước quốc tế, Incoterms, shipping docs, XNK.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage/Yêu cầu tiếng Anh, biết tiếng Trung là 1 ưu thế.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Thành thạo Excel, cẩn thận, trách nhiệm.

Thời gian làm việc/Working time
Working Days: From Mon to Fri + Sat morning (Sat morning WFH but if manager need will come to office)
- From 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM (Mon – Fri) (Break time: 12h00 – 13h00)
- From 08.30 AM to 12.00 PM (Sat – if necessary).
