1.Thiết kế & Triển khai
Design & Implementation
Phân tích yêu cầu hệ thống, xây dựng sơ đồ mạng LAN/WAN, Wireless, VPN.
Analyze system requirements and design LAN/WAN, Wireless, and VPN network diagrams.
Lựa chọn thiết bị phù hợp (Router, Switch, Firewall, Load Balancer, Access Point...).
Select suitable network equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Access Points).
Cấu hình, triển khai và lập tài liệu hệ thống mạng cho văn phòng, chi nhánh, Data Center hoặc Cloud.
Configure, deploy, and document network systems for offices, branches, data centers, or cloud environments.

2.Vận hành & Bảo trì
Operations & Maintenance
Giám sát hiệu năng mạng bằng các công cụ NMS.
Monitor network performance using NMS (Network Monitoring Systems).
Xử lý sự cố, tối ưu băng thông và giảm thiểu thời gian gián đoạn.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, optimize bandwidth usage, and minimize downtime.
Quản lý nâng cấp firmware, bản vá bảo mật, sao lưu cấu hình.
Manage firmware upgrades, security patches, and configuration backups.

3.An ninh mạng
Network Security
Cấu hình và duy trì hệ thống Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS.
Configure and maintain Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems
Triển khai VLAN, ACL và phân quyền truy cập đảm bảo an toàn mạng.
Implement VLANs, ACLs, and user access control to ensure network security.
Phối hợp với đội SOC/IT Security xử lý các sự cố an ninh.
Collaborate with SOC/IT Security teams to investigate and resolve security incidents.

4.Tài liệu & Hỗ trợ
Documentation & Support
Xây dựng và duy trì sơ đồ mạng, tài liệu cấu hình, quy trình vận hành.
Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operation procedures.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng và các phòng ban khi cần.
Provide technical support to internal teams and end users when needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành CNTT, Mạng máy tính hoặc tương đương.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or equivalent.
1–3 năm kinh nghiệm quản trị hệ thống mạng (LAN/WAN/WiFi). Có kinh nghiệm với Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Palo Alto là lợi thế
1–3 years of experience in network administration (LAN/WAN/WiFi). Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Palo Alto devices is a plus.
Hiểu biết vững về TCP/IP, Routing, Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP)
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
Có kinh nghiệm cấu hình Firewall, VPN, Load Balancer.
Hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPNs, and Load Balancers.
Biết sử dụng công cụ giám sát mạng (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds...).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE hoặc tương đương.
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.
Khả năng phân tích và xử lý sự cố tốt.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.

Salary negotiable based on candidate’s ability (15–20 million VND). Annual salary review.
