Network & Cygna DDI Operations - Teamlead

• Act as the senior technical focal point (C-level) for the network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, switches, routers, wireless) and DDI platform (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) operations service of a global customer; ensure the availability, performance and security of the systems.
• Handle complex incidents and changes; perform root cause analysis (RCA) for Priority 1/2 incidents (including DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents); act as the final escalation point from the L2 team.
• Administer, design and optimize the Cygna Labs DDI platform (IPControl / Diamond IP / Sapphire appliances): design the container hierarchy and address allocation policies, apply least-privilege access and implement DNSSEC.
• Build DDI integration and automation via the REST API and Cygna Automation Appliances: workflows with ServiceNow, Terraform, Cisco Catalyst Center; synchronize DDI across multiple platforms (ISC BIND/Kea, Microsoft, cloud AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Operate and tune DDI security: Protective DNS, DNS firewall, DNS tunneling/DGA detection; collect and forward DNS/DHCP transactions to SIEM via Cygna DDI Guard.
• Manage the Sapphire appliance lifecycle (upgrades, patching), back up/restore DDI configuration; perform IP address capacity planning and coordinate with Cygna Labs on vendor issues.
• Design and standardize network configurations, templates and procedures; perform LAN/WAN capacity planning; manage device lifecycle, handle EOL and coordinate with Cisco TAC.
• Mentor, train and provide technical support to the L2 team; build and maintain runbooks, SOPs and technical documentation; comply with ISO 27001, NIST and Zero Trust standards.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networking, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise network operations/design, including in-depth experience with the Cisco platform (Enterprise routing & switching, wireless).
• Strong knowledge of advanced routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLAN, STP, VPC/stacking), enterprise Wi-Fi, QoS and multicast.
• In-depth DDI operations/design experience with Cygna Labs DDI (IPControl / Diamond IP / VitalQIP / Sapphire) or an equivalent platform (Infoblox, BlueCat, EfficientIP); strong knowledge of DNS (BIND, DNSSEC), DHCP (ISC/Kea, Microsoft), IPAM and REST API automation.
• Experience in RCA analysis, performance tuning and complex incident handling; operating under ITIL/ITSM (ServiceNow).
• English proficiency of at least B1 (equivalent to TOEIC 600 - 700) to work with the global customer and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, work in shifts and handle high pressure.
• Preferred candidates:
  • Hold a Cisco CCNP (Enterprise) certification or equivalent; CCIE is an advantage.
  • Hold advanced Cygna Labs DDI training/certification (IPControl / Diamond IP); DDI automation experience (REST API, Terraform) is an advantage.
  • Hold an ITIL certification and experience with ServiceNow/API integration.
