Middle Project Manager - Banking Data Projects - HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Manage project plans, schedules, scope, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate effectively among Business teams, Data teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Organize regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support backlog management, business requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and agreed timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in the IT industry.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering Data projects within Banking or Financial Services organizations.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT, BI Reporting, and Data Analytics concepts.
• Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Analysts.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• English communication skills.

PREFERRED

• Experience in Data Platform, Data Governance, Data Migration, or Regulatory Reporting projects.
• PMP, PSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience working in banks or large financial institutions is highly preferred.
