Senior BrSE

• Take responsibility for receiving requirements from customers; participate in analyzing, developing, and communicating requirements to the development team accurately, fully, and timely.
• Gain an understanding of the architecture, technical solutions, and business logic of the current system to provide proposals and improvements for better system operation.
• Participate in the verification and confirmation of requirement completion to periodically report work progress to customers.
• Understand and explain technical problems and issues to both customers and the development team.
• Work with the project development team and customers to provide timely solutions when risks or issues arise.
• Support the sales team in presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution consulting, and proposal preparation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Japanese proficiency: N2 level or higher.
• Experience in creating design documents.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE or PM for the Japanese market.
• Experience in implementing projects with a scale of 20 man-months or more is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure, Cloud services, and AI is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Good planning and management skills.
• Technical background in software development, infrastructure, or cloud technologies, along with experience in presales activities such as requirement analysis, solution consulting, proposal preparation, and project bidding support, is preferred
