Location: Hanoi

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on mid-senior and critical hiring positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, develop job descriptions, and execute effective hiring plans.
• Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and talent communities.
• Ensure a professional, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize recruitment tools and internal databases to maintain accurate candidate records and talent insights.

Talent & Industry Insights

• Provide updates on talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring landscape developments.
• Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing approaches and candidate evaluation methods.
• Support workforce planning initiatives by identifying talent gaps and future hiring requirements.

Recruitment Excellence

• Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to fill mid-level to senior-level roles independently.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Fluent English is a strong advantage.
