Conduct workshops with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for HR modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Succession & Development, and Training.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including URD, SRS, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Test Cases, Training Materials, and User Guides.
• Analyze current business processes and propose optimized future-state processes.
• Perform FIT-GAP analysis between customer requirements and Oracle PeopleSoft standard functionalities; propose standard solutions and workaround approaches.
• Design functional solutions and collaborate with the Development team to deliver technical solutions.
• Configure Oracle PeopleSoft for standard functional requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare test scenarios, execute SIT, support UAT, and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers in requirement management, scope control, and business risk assessment.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Ensure all project deliverables and business documents are reviewed, approved, and signed off by clients.

Your Skills and Experience

1. The Fundamentals

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working directly with customers in software implementation projects.

2. Technical & System Skills

• Strong understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM) processes and HR/ERP systems.
• Experience preparing business and functional documents, including: URD (User Requirement Document), SRS, Functional Specification Document (FSD), FIT-GAP Analysis, Use Case, User Story, Wireframe, Test Cases, Training Materials, User Manuals
• Strong business analysis, process modeling, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA/Testers, and business users throughout the SDLC.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, user training, and production rollout.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle PeopleSoft is highly preferred.
• Experience with HRM/ERP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar platforms
• Experience working with clients in the Banking or Financial Services sector is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), and Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) regulations is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. 3. Other
