Order Review & Requirement Confirmation

• Receive customer orders and review order details.
• Confirm customer requirements, specifications, and expectations.
• Conduct feasibility evaluation with internal teams.
• Prepare project timeline and follow up progress.

Sample Development Coordination

• Coordinate development sample preparation.
• Follow up material development status.
• Support machine and tooling preparation.
• Collect feedback and ensure revisions are completed.

PP Sample Preparation & Approval

• Prepare PP sample submission.
• Coordinate PP sample production with related teams.
• Submit samples for approval and follow up final approval status.
• Support product picture preparation for sales usage if required.

Material Consumption & Sourcing Coordination

• Support BOM and material consumption calculation.
• Confirm product specifications with related departments.
• Coordinate sourcing activities with purchasing team.
• Track material ETA to ensure production readiness.

Technical Preparation Support

• Support preparation and update of SOP.
• Support SMV verification.
• Coordinate machine requirement confirmation.

 Production Preparation Coordination

• Check material readiness before production launch.
• Coordinate with PMC for production planning.
• Support line allocation and capacity balancing.

Pilot Run Follow-up

• Support pilot run implementation.
• Collect pilot run data and feedback.
• Coordinate issue analysis and corrective actions.
• Support updating SOP and BOM if required. 
• Confirm pilot approval readiness.

Mass Production Follow-up

• Monitor mass production progress.
• Track production output vs. plan.
• Support production line balancing if needed.

Shipment Coordination

• Prepare shipment plan with related teams.
• Coordinate packing and shipment arrangement.
• Confirm delivery schedule with stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1-3 years working experience as Merchandiser in trading or textile industry.
• Fluent English ( listening , speaking, reading, writing) ;
• Proficient in Excel ,careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Vietnam factory workflow.
