Production Control Specialist

Production Plan Execution:

• Coordinate with PMC to receive coming orders, work on workload analysis to support decision making on receiving orders.
• Monitor execution of the production schedule on the shop floor.
• Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.

Work-in-Process (WIP) Control:

• Monitor WIP levels across production processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to production management.

Production Data & Reporting

• Collect and consolidate daily production data from production lines.
• Prepare reports including: 

- Production output

- Plan vs actual performance

- WIP status

- Yield / scrap rates

• Automate the reports

Yield & Performance Monitoring

• Track yield, scrap rate, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production performance and highlight abnormalities.
• Support production improvement initiatives.

Manpower Monitoring

• Monitor headcount allocation across production lines.
• Coordinate with supervisors to balance manpower according to production priorities.

ERP / System Coordination

• Support ERP production reporting and transaction recording.
• Ensure production orders, WIP movements, and completion data are accurately recorded in the system.
• Work with IT and ERP key users to improve production data processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years experience in:

• Production planning
• Production control
• Manufacturing operations
• Required Skills
