Merchandise Manager (2200 USD, ID12380)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandise Manager (2200 USD, ID12380)In charge of working with customers for order and price negotiation according to the company policies.
Communicate with head office for the issues of sampling, order placement, capacities.
Monitor the merchandising team, following the whole process from sales contract to shipment.
Provide training and development programs for the team.
Develop SOP for effective improvements of any new process.
Work with the customers, local subcontracts, and seeking new partners for future collaboration.
Concentrate on the new local business to allocate orders during the low-demand season.
Other tasks as assigned by upper manager.

Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 35-45 years old.
Graduated from university major in business administration or other related majors.
At least 5 years of experience in similar position, working in garment, textile industries.
Proficient use of English.
