Marketing & Social Content Executive

1. Campaign & Social Content
- Plan and execute both external and internal marketing activities to boost sales and strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling on Facebook and Zalo (posts, visuals, mini-campaigns).
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor and report social engagement metrics, and suggest improvements for future content.

2. SEO & Website Content
- Plan and write SEO-driven articles to improve the website’s search ranking.
- Monitor SEO performance and keyword movements in the market, and update SEO strategy accordingly.

3. POSM & Sales Materials
- Design or coordinate the design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, product sheets, and sales kits.
- Collaborate with designers/agencies to produce high-quality materials for sales and partnerships.
- Support sales teams with customized marketing materials for each partner when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing digital channels (Facebook, Zalo, website CMS).
3. Strong content writing skills for both social media and SEO.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English. Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is highly preferred for internal reporting and stakeholder management.
5. Good design ability (Canva; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
