Marketing Executive - Blockchain

- Run our social channels day to day — Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord, YouTube — and grow the community.
- Create the content yourself: copy, posts, announcements, basic graphics/short video.
- Launch and optimize growth campaigns (airdrops, seeding, AMAs, events, launches) and track what works.
- Reach out to and work with KOLs/Influencers in the crypto space; track ROI.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, image/video generators, automation) to produce content, research, analyze data, and build simple bot workflows.
- Report on the numbers that matter and iterate fast.
- The exact mix shifts by project and team — content, growth, KOL outreach, community. We want people with range who use AI to cover more ground, not narrow specialists.

- 2+ years in marketing, growth, or community — ideally for digital products or online communities.
- A doer who owns outcomes and goes the extra mile.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
- Hands-on with Telegram (and ideally X/Twitter, Discord, YouTube).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Data-driven; comfortable working to clear KPIs.
