Project Manager

- Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
- Drive team members to achieve release goals.
- Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
- Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, timeline.
- Take lead on quality control issues.
- Maintain issues and risks log.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Other tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years of experience in software project management (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects).
- Experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Good English reading and technical writing skills.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
