2 - 3 years of experience in software project assistant (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects)Project coordination or administrative experienceProficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skillsGood English reading and technical writing skillsNice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
