We're looking for a creative and energetic
Marketing Executive to help tell our story through engaging content, digital marketing and memorable school events. If you're passionate about social media, content creation and building meaningful connections with people, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you might be capturing joyful classroom moments, creating marketing campaigns, organising Open Days or working with our Admissions team to welcome prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
Create engaging content for social media, the school website and other digital platforms.
Capture photos and videos that showcase children's learning experiences and school life.
Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns for school programmes, Open Days, workshops and special events.
Keep digital platforms updated and monitor online engagement.
Events & Community Engagement
Support the planning and promotion of school events, family activities and community programmes.
Coordinate event marketing materials and on-site activities.
Build relationships with community partners and support collaborative marketing initiatives.
Parent Enquiries & Marketing Support
Work closely with the Admissions team to respond to enquiries from prospective families via phone, email, website and social media.
Support marketing activities that encourage school visits and enrolment.
Marketing Coordination
Maintain brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
Coordinate with external suppliers including designers, photographers, videographers and printers.
Support other marketing projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong content creation, storytelling and social media skills.
Creative, proactive and well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable taking photos and videos for digital content.
Experience with Canva and basic website content management is an advantage.
