ROBOTICS TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Provide pre-sales technical support and consulting for robotics and industrial automation solutions.
Analyze customer requirements, perform robot programming, simulation, and Proof of Concept (POC) to recommend optimal solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales team to support technical discussions, solution specifications, and customer visits.
Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and application workshops for customers and System Integrators (SI).
Support exhibitions, seminars, and new technology workshops.
Maintain demo robots, solution center equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide application support to customers and partners.
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Machine Integration.
Knowledge of robot programming, PLC, sensors, motion control, machine vision, conveyor tracking, and industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, IO-Link).
Experience with SCARA/6-Axis Robots, RobotStudio, Epson RC+, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage.
Good English communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to travel, and able to work independently.
