Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer

Preventive Maintenance: Execute regular PM for all factory machinery, utilities (HVAC, compressors, power distribution), and office facilities.
SOPs & Procedures: Develop and implement standardized maintenance protocols to maximize machine uptime.
Inspections & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine facility walk-throughs to promptly detect and resolve technical issues.
Repairs & Installations: Schedule, plan, and oversee all equipment installation and repair projects.
Emergency Response: Provide rapid troubleshooting and unscheduled repairs during live production.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and evaluate cost estimates.

Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or related majors.
A valid low-voltage electrician operation certificate or Certificate in Industrial ElectricityHaving experience in mechanical maintenance.2-3 years of relevant work experience in machinery maintenance, especially within precision machining environments.
Average English skill.
