Instrument Maintenance Engineer

- Manage instrument maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
- Provide technical support and guidance for instrumentation maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to support maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct inspections, and report safety incidents.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for instrumentation systems.
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support maintenance planning, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year to 9 year of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance within chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, power, or other continuous process manufacturing plants.
- Basic knowledge of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, control valves, analyzers, PLC/DCS, and industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial safety procedures.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a petrochemical/manufacturing plant environment.
