Electrical Maintenance Engineer

- Manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
- Provide technical support and guidance for electrical maintenance activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to support maintenance activities.
- Improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, manufacturing, industrial plants, or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
