- Support process improvement initiatives and plant optimization under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in resolving operational and technical issues in collaboration with the operations team.
- Contribute to assigned tasks within technology and process improvement projects.
- Participate in new product scale-up and new process implementation activities.
- Continuously learn and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- 6 months to 8 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of process equipment, PFD/P&ID, DCS, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with HAZOP, MOC, RCA, and PSM is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Aspen HYSYS are preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
