Managing Director (Willing to Relocate Internationally)

V-Green Global Charging Station Development Company is a pioneering firm dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable transportation solutions from Vietnam. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to expand the EV charging network.

- Lead the management team and provide directions for the activities of the Company and the Group.

- Set the company's goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with the long-term objectives of the Company and the Group.

- Foster a high-performance organizational culture.

Operations Management:

- Oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance.

- Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, making adjustments as necessary to achieve the company's goals.

- Ensure the company complies with legal regulations, rules, and industry standards in the host country.

Financial Supervision:

- Develop and manage the company's financial strategies, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure financial stability and effective allocation of resources.

- Drive profitability by assessing financial risks and opportunities, optimizing cost structures, and improving operational efficiency.

Partner Management:

- Build relationships with stakeholders (government, developers, partners) to drive expansion and partnerships.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities in the market and maintain partnerships to drive growth.

- Evaluate and negotiate business agreements in line with the objectives of the Company and the Group.

- Ensure the company remains competitive in the industry in the host country.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks to the Company and the Group.

- Ensure control systems are in place to protect the assets and reputation of the Company and the Group.

Team Development & Management:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the leadership, management, and staff teams.

- Recruit, train, and retain the workforce.

- Create a positive, creative work environment that encourages collaboration among employees and departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive roles with full P&L responsibility.

- Proven track record in market entry, business expansion, and large-scale network development, preferably within the EV charging, renewable energy, automotive, infrastructure, retail, or franchise sectors.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business strategies, driving commercial growth, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.

- Strong understanding of government relations, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder management. Experience working with government authorities, regulators, utilities, or strategic partners is highly desirable.

- Experience in the EV ecosystem, energy, charging infrastructure, mobility, or other technology-driven industries is a significant advantage.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.

- Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to relocate to internation markets and travel extensively as required.
