Global Talent Acquisition Manager

V-Green Global Charging Stations Development is looking for an experienced Global Recruitment Manager to lead and drive talent acquisition across international markets, with a primary focus on electrical engineering, power systems, renewable energy, and EV charging infrastructure.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring fast headcount fulfillment for urgent and large-scale technical hiring needs.

Overview: Take responsibility for recruiting focus in international markets

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions across international markets, particularly in electrical engineering, power systems, EV charging infrastructure, and renewable energy.

- Partner closely with regional recruitment teams and hiring managers to rapidly fill critical and urgent headcounts.

- Leverage a strong professional network within the electrical & EV charging industry to attract hard-to-find technical talent.

- Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with global workforce plans.

- Provide hands-on support for high-volume and fast-track hiring, ensuring both speed and quality.

- Advise stakeholders on talent market trends, availability, and hiring strategies in the EV & energy sector.

- Ensure a consistent candidate experience and promote a strong employer brand across markets.

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with proven exposure to regional or global hiring in Asia.

- Strong track record in recruiting electrical engineers, EV charging specialists, power system engineers, project engineers, and technical managers.

- Established network in the electrical engineering / EV charging / energy infrastructure talent market.

- Experience handling urgent, high-volume technical hiring in fast-growing environments.

- Solid understanding of technical roles related to power, electrical systems, grid connection, and EV charging stations.

- Excellent English communication skills; additional Asian languages are a plus.

- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
