Management Accounting Supervisor (SCF)

B. EXPECTATIONS FOR THE ROLE

* Directly control and optimize operating expenses (OPEX) at the factory to ensure production efficiency

* Monitor compliance with consumption norms and asset/inventory management processes

* Provide timely data analysis to support Factory Management in adjusting operational activities

C. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Input Cost Planning and Control:

* Collaborate with MPO to develop the annual budget for raw material purchase prices

* Review and validate purchase prices of key raw materials (live hog prices, live chicken prices, transportation costs, transportation losses, price deductions related to input quality issues, etc.) and approve related payment requests

* Control purchase prices of packaging materials and other auxiliary materials; approve related payment requests

* Participate in reviewing and validating pricing and quantity terms in significant procurement contracts with strategic suppliers

2. BOM Control

* Conduct financial evaluation and validate BOMs related to proposals for SKU changes/new SKU creation from Sales/MKT before submission to the BOD

* Review and evaluate implementation effectiveness of such proposals; propose continuation or discontinuation (if applicable)

3. Porker Value/Chicken Value Control:

* Analyze monthly fluctuations in Porker/Chicken value and Porker/Chicken utilization; propose improvement actions (if any)

4. Innovations Control:

* Review and validate product briefs and specifications (expected selling price, target GM, R\&D material development budget) for Innovation projects

* Build the cost of goods sold (COGS) budget (key raw materials, packaging, production costs, shrinkage, etc.) within the financial model of Innovation projects before submission to MA Commercial

5. SMOS Control:

* Control and prepare proposals for provisioning and handling of SMOS inventory on a quarterly basis for BOD approval

6. Analysis:

* Analyze monthly COGS variance between actual results and MUF, AP; propose improvement actions

7. Reporting:

* Prepare monthly management reports as required by the Company

* Provide necessary information for accounting closing (reversal, accruals, costs related to SMOS, NRV)

* Systems Utilization: Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data from ERP systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).

4. SKILLS

5. JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Education: College degree or above

* Major: Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or factory finance, preferably in the food/FMCG industry

* Language: English
