Maintenance System Planning Engineer (Gross 16M - 28M Vnd)

Maintenance the SAP data to ensure it meets the required standards, remains up-to-date, and is effective.
Monitor and improve the process work the data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
Manage and continuously improve the SAP to support ongoing departmental operations.
Analyze and synthesize data to create reports and recommendations for supervisors and departments.
Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields).1 – 2 years of experience in Maintenance planning or operations support (SAP PM/MM is a strong plus).Good data analysis, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).Knowledge of HSE regulations and a strong willingness to participate in productivity initiatives.

Gross salary: VND 16,000,000 – 28,000,000/month.
Allowances: Housing, transportation (shuttle bus within 25km), and free meals during shifts.
Probation: 2 months with 100% salary.
Bonuses: 13th-month salary (applicable after 3 months, including probation) and annual performance-based salary review.
