Production Planner

- To plan and organize material demand & forecast systematically by using the ERP system and ensure that material demand (including long lead time items) is triggered timely and accurately, included summary preparation.
- Participate in weekly Planning Review meetings to ensure all parties are update with the latest information, ensure easy monitoring of project management progress.
- To support proper handling of ECN and ensure accurate quotations are timely provided to BBP using the BESI quotation format.
- Match demand and supply and strive to have levelled and balanced factory loading.
- Create/extend/maintain Material Master based on standard settings and liaise with other departments on the maintenance of Material Master.
- Create Production BOM based on standard reference.
- Update Material Master and/or production BOM upon receiving ECN/request.
- Manage and chair ECN meeting including maintaining ECN tracking list and Change Control Database.
- Manage and liaise with Material Planner/ Engineering/ Supplier/ Procurement on the customization of Production BOM/ECN changes.
- Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum Degree in business administration, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MRP and ERP/ SAP systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Familiar with concepts line ‘Lean manufacturing’, ‘KanBan’, ‘Push/Pull’.
