Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support plant start-up, shutdown, commissioning, and turnaround activities.
Prepare and update process documents, including SOPs and operating procedures.
Conduct process analysis, material and energy balance, and performance monitoring.
Participate in HAZOP, MOC, RCA, and other Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, QA/QC, and HSE teams to achieve production targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.6 months to 8 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of process equipment, PFD/P&ID, DCS, and process optimization.
Familiarity with HAZOP, MOC, RCA, and PSM is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Aspen HYSYS are preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
