Maintenance Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring machines and equipment run reliably, safely, and efficiently. This role supervises maintenance technicians, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and drives continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Keep safety in PE process.

• Maintenance all machines on schedule and on plan. (Inject/HC/Metal/Welding/Robot/Light test...)

• Keep Jig runs stable in process

• Minimum stop Line by Jig/tool/machine trouble.

• Make small Jig/simple Jig/sample Jig for production.

• Spare part management.

• Kaizen to reduce Cost.

• Control all facility of factory (Firefighting, fix asset, electrical power...)

• Improve process due to stop Line by Jig/mold.

• Co-operate with all department to improve Quality.

• Guideline/Check sheet/Work instruction for production.

• Study parameters of machines when there is no drawing specification (Hot plate, Ultra weld, Vibration weld, HC, metal...)

• Improve 5S.

Yêu cầu công việc

a) Qualifications

• Graduated from College or University on related majors.

• Good at mechanic/maintenance in manufacturing

• Good English communication

b) Work Experience

• Have at least 3 years of experience in same position

• Good understanding of mold structure and injection condition.

• Good at reporting skills.

• Have good skills in good communication and presentation, logical thinking, and problem solving.
