Project Management Staff

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for the successful execution of the Plant projects and their budget allocation.

• Lead the project Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs and business relationships

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the launch of new products, programs, or initiatives on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams.

• Develop and maintain launch timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.

• Monitor product readiness, including design validation, testing, regulatory approvals, and production readiness.

• Manage resources, budgets, and vendor or supplier coordination for smooth launch execution.

• Identify potential launch risks or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.

• Track and report launch progress, KPIs, and post-launch performance to stakeholders and leadership.

• Lead post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement in future launches.

a) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Technical background is preferred)

• Holding English certificate is a plus

• Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint are mandatory, MS Project is prefered.

• PMP certification is a plus

b) Work Experience

• At least 2-3 years working as project manager or project engineer or similar position (prefer experience in manufacturing plant).

• Good at English speaking and listening are required.

• Able to communicate well with multy-functional team and collaborate with them to achieve target

• Good analytical skill and problem-solving

• Possess experience in a manufacturing environment

• Understanding project management methologies.
