Receive Shipping Instructions (SI) and update order information to the production team.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to establish and maintain export shipment schedules.
Arrange bookings and prepare labels/markings in line with shipping requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required shipping and export documents.
Review and verify the accuracy of export documentation before submission to customers.
Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Verify and obtain approval for shipping-related costs, including freight, local charges, and third-party service fees.
Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payments for goods and logistics services.
Maintain accurate records and update logistics data in SAP.
Monitor local delivery plans, prepare Delivery Orders (DO), and related documents.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc logistics reports.
Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth communication among customers, forwarders, carriers, and internal departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Import-Export, or Supply Chain operations.
Experience working in a manufacturing company, freight forwarder, or carrier environment.
Hands-on experience in managing international import/export shipments.
Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, Certificate of Origin (C/O), and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
Good command of English for communication with customers, global teams, carriers, and agents.
