Position Summary:

As a Logistics Supervisor at Molex, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the logistics operations within our new factory. This position involves managing the supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and optimizing inventory management. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our commitment to high-quality production. Your leadership will be essential in driving logistics strategies that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Direct and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to 6S standards for optimal efficiency and safety.

· Supervise the management of receiving and shipping processes to streamline workflow.

· Oversee the preparation of delivery notes, commercial invoices, and packing lists to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Manage the scanning, packing, and label printing processes to enhance operational productivity.

· Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of goods to maintain a smooth supply chain.

· Monitor and track shipments proactively to guarantee timely delivery and address any potential issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

· Required: Bachelor’s degree

· Preferred: Specialization in Logistics, Customs, Trade

Experience:

· Required: 2–3 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on warehouse operations

· Preferred: Familiarity with logistics, customs procedures, and international trade

Skills & Abilities:

· Required:

o Excellent communication skills

o Proficient in Vietnamese and fluent in Chinese (listening, reading, speaking, writing)

· Preferred:

o Competence in reading and writing English for documentation and email correspondence

o Understanding of customs and trade regulations
