Logistics Supervisor

Job Description:

• Manage all import and export activities.

• Define and update logistics costs standards per lane through vendor selection process.

• Manage customs requests, issues and scrap process.

• Review and process documents related to import and export and resolve any arising issues.

• Oversee import and export operations to ensure full compliance with Customs regulations and applicable laws.

• Countermeasures for Customs audit and prepare annual Customs settlement report.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Other tasks assigned by Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
