Key Responsibilities

➢ Supervise and coordinate daily Warehouse and Logistics activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipment.

➢ Ensure high inventory accuracy through proper inventory control, cycle counting and timely resolution of stock discrepancies.

➢ Ensure all Warehouse and Logistics transactions are completed accurately and on time in SAP.

➢ Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered on time.

➢ Ensure compliance with customs, import/export and relevant government requirements for all shipments.

➢ Monitor logistics and freight costs and identify opportunities to achieve annual cost savings.

➢ Monitor forwarder performance and support freight quotation and rate negotiation activities.

➢ Monitor key Warehouse and Logistics KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, transaction accuracy, freight cost and warehouse productivity.

➢ Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, productivity and cost.

➢ Maintain strong 5S and safety standards within Warehouse and Logistics areas.

➢ Act as SAP Super User / Subject Matter Expert for relevant Warehouse, Logistics and Purchasing processes.

➢ Maintain relevant ISO procedures and support internal/external audits as required.

➢ Mentor, coach and provide day-to-day guidance to Warehouse and Logistics staff.

➢ Work closely with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing and other functions to ensure smooth material and shipment flow.

➢ Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requisite Criteria

➢ Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Materials Management or equivalent.

➢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Logistics, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.

➢ Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics.

➢ Knowledge of customs, import/export processes and freight forwarding.

➢ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

➢ Experience supervising or guiding Warehouse/Logistics staff is preferred.
