Tuyển dụng Logistics Manager - Trưởng Phòng Xuất Nhập Khẩu tại Hà Nội

• Overall responsibility for all import and export activities.

• Maintain and update database in customs software to make sure the balance always match with balance in e-custom. The balance always be reconciled with stock balance.

• Be in charge to pay import tax on time and accuracy.

• Be responsible to claim tax relevant as import tax.

• Be responsible for overseas domestic goods and material shipping and control as per plan.

• Be responsible for finished goods delivery/ re-export.

• Be responsible for preparing or collecting valid B/L (or AWB), invoice, Packing list, Business contract, Customs declaration, Bank transfer (or receive), Customs form about tax, Business license, Tax registration, Letter of introduction, Project (import of machinery), Customs declaration…for every shipment & update relevant documents/reports to concerned department.

• Ensure that import-export procedures are implemented effectively and timely in accordance to other parties’ regulations, company’s standards & custom law.

• Communicate efficiently with custom/ forwarder/ buyer & supplier.

• Co-operate with Accounting Department to claim tax right after every single shipment if any.

• Make quarterly or yearly balance sheets according to company or Customs’ request.

• Be responsible for register the processing/manufacturing contract up to company’s request.

• Record and submit reports on arrival of goods material or shipment status to GD and inform of revise if need to be changed.

• Other jobs if required by HOD of Supply Chain & CEO.

• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Saturday (1h lunchtime, 15m breaktime/ morning & afternoon)

+ Entitled to take any 2 Saturdays off per month

+ Half salary for other Saturdays off (if any)

Knowledge:

• University Degree with Business management or Economics management or Foreign trade.

• At least 05-year experience working in Logistics management field at the same position.

Skill:

• Proficient use of English and Microsoft Office.

• Master in using E-cus software.

• Leadership skill.

• Communication and presentation skills.

• Relationship building skills.

• Time management skills and making decision skills.

• Ability to work under high pressure.

Attitude

• Strong, honest, decisive and flexible.
