Logistics Manager

About the Role:

With the development of SharkNinja business, Logistics Department, as an indispensable part of the whole company, we are looking for someone who is willing to face the challenges, have good experience in logistics industry, have the ability to work with suppliers/forwarders in day to day operations in shipping arrangement, documents preparation and submission etc.

Responsibilities:

• Drive factory to work on standard three weeks in advance booking procedures.

• Responsible for space allocations to meet shipping priorities to support business requirement.

• PO receipt in ERP/SRM on a timely manner, aligned with Finance on closing date and data accuracy on a monthly basis.

• Daily review with the factories and forwarders on shipment arrangement.

• Transportation expense review and approve in SRM.

• Update Logistics cost saving analysis monthly report.

• Support Logistics Director to monitor and manage SEA logistics service providers activities as required.

• Support and resolve any shipping related issues at Vietnam.

• Work with SharkNinja Vietnam cross functional teams for logistics inquiries and solutions.

Experie

Experience required:

• 10+ years in logistics experience preferred.

• Manufacturing environment logistics experience.

• Forwarding Industry background/experience.

Functional Skills/Knowledge:

• Good communications skills.

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus).

• Team player.

• Result-Oriented to have getting things done manner.

• Cooperative with both internal and external teams as business requirement.

• Understand time management.

• Sense of urgency and priorities in business.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Other Requirements：

• Communicating efficiently and find out solution quickly.

• Ability to work under pressure and work overtime if required at peak project times.

Travel Requirements: Traveling to CN/SEA supplier factory and staying in factory is required.
