Project Manager (Supply Chain)

OEM Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.

• Identify and implement supply chain improvements aligned with business growth objectives.

Manufacturing Process Lean:

• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives for OEMs to eliminate waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.

• Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) across OEM manufacturing operations.

Project Management:

• Lead and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.

International Trade & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export compliance.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage trade documentation and regulatory changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless global operations.

• Manage relationships with OEMs, vendors and partners.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor KPIs related to freight costs, Production Plan PPA, lead time, and delivery performance.

• Monitor localization plan with CAT and Commodity team.

• Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.

• 3+ years in supply chain management with at least 1 year in project management.

• Proven experience in international trade, customs compliance, and global logistics.

• Proven experience in Supply Chain management.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.

• Proficiency in project management and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or similar credentials are a plus.

• Lean Manufacturing.

• Multilingual capabilities preferred.
