Live Streamer

• Responsible for driving livestream’s direct sales and providing customer experience online through product introduction & education to end customers – By daily livestream with following to group brand calendar.

• Ensure the livestream needs to meet the brand guidelines, brand image.

• Can comprehend livestream operation to setup the livestreams smoothly. Such as, set up technical, livestream concept, script, minigame, flash sales, …

• Community management: Navigate comments during livestreams time, building consumer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and increasing brand fan base and loyalty.

• Monitoring and ensuring technical and commercial set up during livestreams time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A basic understanding about skincare and fragrance industry is a must.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Beauty, E-commerce or Fashion industry.

• Experience in E-commerce livestream platforms and understanding the operation of livestream on online platform is plus.

• Excellent verbal communication: able to convey product information in an understandable manner and present the Shiseido group brand image convincingly across all brands in front of livestream format.

• Have a clear, strong, and highly persuasive voice with sharp insights on sales conversion tactics in livestreams.

• Livestream duration: up to 8 hours a day or dependent upon platform timeslots & brand activities.

• Good problem – solving skill to keep claim and handle pop-up incidents while the streaming.

• Connects with peers within and beyond organizational boundaries, works together towards a shared purpose, and leverages the diverse capabilities of self and others.
