Legal Supervisor (IP & Reg)

Provide strategic advice and consultancy to MSC’s departments on legal matters regarding Intellectual Property (IP) & Product Declaration Dossiers related to the production and business activities of MSC and its subsidiaries within the assigned scope.

Forecast and manage emerging risks concerning Intellectual Property & Product Declaration Dossiers in MSC's production and business activities using legal instruments within the assigned scope.

Update and compile reports on policy and legislative changes within the field as assigned by the Head of MSC Legal Department within the assigned scope.

Participate and coordinate with MSC’s departments and subsidiaries to resolve crises as assigned by the Head of MSC Legal Department (if any).

Proactively propose breakthrough solutions to support the control and evaluation of information related to the assigned tasks/companies.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Law and possession of a Lawyer Practicing Certificate.

2–3 years of experience in legal affairs, holding an equivalent position within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing or trading companies.

Deep knowledge of legislation and the legal environment regulating the FMCG manufacturing and trading sectors.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with departments, divisions, and member companies within Masan Group.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Analytical, synthesis, and advisory skills to support the Board of Directors and various departments regarding production and business activities.
