Legal Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing support in litigation and dispute work, preparing litigation documents to protect the company's benefits.

- Handle applications to obtain permits certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam.

- Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.

- Recognize the legal risks and provide solutions to control and mitigate the risks.

- Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation in accordance with the instructions of manager.

- Preserves all legal documents.

- Research and update the new regulations.

- Others as assigned by supervisor.

KEY RESULTS:

- De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam obtain all necessary certificates, licenses for its operations.

- Ensures that all required contracts being reviewed carefully and timely.

- Warning the risks on time, provide the practical and effective solutions to mitigate the risks

- Basing on the evaluation of supervisor.

- Preserves all legal documents safety, carefully and can be accessed in fast.

- Quickly research and timely update.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law

Experience:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in legal in-house

- Strong experience in licensing

- Prefer experiences in agriculture sector, manufacturing field

Competencies:

- Hard-working, enthusiastic, truthful

- Ability to analyze and think logically

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently, teamwork and effective time management

- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Language(s): Vietnamese and English

- Willing to travel
