1. Be responsible of in-process manufacturing quality standards. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied..

2. Organize and implement processes, inspection, audit, and improvement. Evaluate in-process product, analyse and issue abnormality report..

3. Training and coaching inspectors for product specifications, standards, machines and instrument set-up and operations. Limit samples preparation and submit for approval.

4. Monitor in-process quality performance. Control and improve defect rate, scraps, inspection cost.

5. Take part for setup, transfer components, products in mass production.

6. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

7. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of: 5S & KAIZEN, Environmental Health Safety, Protection of company assets

8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

College/University: Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.

At least 2 years experiences in manufacturing industry quality.

Good knowledge in electric and mechanical engineering.

Able to read product drawing.

Good computer skills such as Microsoft office tools (MS Excel/Power Point/MS Words), e-mail.
