Key Account Manager_ MT Sales (Super/Hypermaket)_Food & Confectionery (HCMC & Long An)

• Manage and develop assigned Supermarket & Hypermarket key accounts, executing customers,

assortment and promotion plan to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Develop new Retailer accounts nationwide, from initial engagement and product listing to sustainable

business growth.

• Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms, promotions and in-store visibility.

• Monitor sales, inventory and promotional performance, taking timely actions to drive sell-in, sell-out

and overall business growth.

• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and other internal teams to ensure

effective execution across customer store networks.

• Age: 30 – 40 • Education level: Bachelor

• Experience:

+ 3–5+ years of Sales/Key Account Manager experience in FMCG, preferably Food, Confectionery,

Snacks.

+ Account Exposure: Hands-on experience in Super/Hypermarket accounts, preferably with

experience in new account development, product listing and building business from the ground up.

• Skills:

+ Strong relationship with retailers

+ Strong negotiation and execution skills, with a proactive, hands-on and result-oriented mindset.

• Language: English – Business Level

• Commencement: Able to join as soon as possible.
