Key Account Manager (Chain, MT)

Manage and expand the existing and potential key account portfolio within the Modern Trade (Pharma Chains & Consumer) channels to achieve assigned sales growth and profitability targets.
Develop and implement streamlined commercial strategies to optimize operational efficiency
Establish and nurture professional, strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within the Modern Trade segment
Monitor, analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and proactively propose data-driven improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and joint business plans (JBP) for Key Accounts.
Benchmark market best practices to update the Management Team on emerging opportunities, market challenges, and actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing departments to ensure brand consistency and maximize Point-of-Sale (POS) efficiency.
Lead and execute new product launches (NPI) in coordination with all cross-functional stakeholders.
Build and leverage an extensive personal network across all regions to drive business expansion.
At least 3 years in Modern Trade (either Sales or Trade Marketing)
University degree (Business background), Pharma background is not preferrable.
Fluent English Speaking is a must.
Experience in Key Account Management (preferably B2C).
Strong leadership, team management, negotiation skill
Good understanding of Category Management,
