Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage accounting operations, financial processes, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (VAS).
Tax & Compliance
- Oversee VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
Internal Control & Process Improvement
- Establish and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis to management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Chief Accountant Certificate is a must.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of accounting experience. Proven experience in handling full-cycle accounting activities. Previous experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant is preferred. Experience setting up accounting processes for a newly established company is highly desirable.
- Language Requirements: English is a must. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required to collaborate with regional stakeholders and prepare reports.
