Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, RBA standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, company policies, and customer requirements.
Manage EHS risk assessments and implement effective risk control measures.
Lead and support EHS activities to achieve departmental KPIs.
Conduct EHS inspections, audits, observations, and follow-up corrective actions.
Deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
Continuously improve EHS systems, procedures, programs, and workplace safety standards.
Support EHS projects and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Promote and maintain programs related to workplace safety, environmental protection, 6S, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, fire safety, chemical safety, electrical safety, LOTO, and fall protection.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or a related field.
At least 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge/certification.
Safety Trainer certification as required by local regulations.
Safety Group 2 Certificate.
Train-the-Trainer (EHS) Certificate.
